We are liquidating many Kunkle valves including the Kunkle Series 6000 ASME Section I and VIII, Steam, "V" and "UV", ASME Section VIII, Air/Gas "UV", National Board Certified which includes Model 6010 for Side outlet and has a full nozzle design with brass/bronze trim.
Features and Benefits for valves in the Kunkle 600 Series include a wide hex on valve nozzle provides wrenching service clearance for easy installation; Dual control rings offer easy adjustability for precise opening with minimum pre open or simmer and exact blowdown control; Ball bearing pivot between disc and spring corrects misalignment and compensates for spring side thrust; Grooved piston model disc reduces sliding area and friction.
The applications used for Kunkle 6000 Series valves are for Steam boilers and generators, Air/ Gas compressors - reciprocating or rotary - portable or stationary, intercoolers and after coolers; Pressure Vessels that contain steam, air or non-hazardous gas. Including tanks, receivers, sterilizers and autoclaves and pressure Reducing Stations that protect the discharge or low pressure side of system.
